Job Summary

This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate across agencies manage disaster recovery efforts and transform complex data into actionable insights. The Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes and improving organizational effectiveness through data-driven Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The Analyst will be responsible for conducting research analyzing data and developing content to support program objectives. Principal responsibilities include:Coordinate and develop content for presentations regarding interagency crossover between the Office of Head Start (OHS) and other government entitiesManage and coordinate real-time disaster recovery efforts ensuring timely and effective responseConduct research on relevant topics such as safety preparedness and structural integrity to inform program decisions and policiesAggregate analyze and disseminate regional and grantee data from existing government systemsUtilize quantitative data for potential regression modeling and comparative analysis to identify trends and patternsAssist in identifying best practices through literature review and reports from outside sourcesImplement data analysis and reporting processes to improve the organizations mission effectivenessAssist the customer in developing publications through collaborative efforts with other agenciesPrepare and support preparation of conference synopsis edit reports and articles provided by the customer for inclusion in publications or for presentations at meetings and conferencesCreate detailed analyses and recommendations based on data findingsDevelop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to communicate complex data in accessible formatsSupport grant management processes with relevant data and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision makingStay current on early childhood education trends policies and regulationsRequirements:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in data analysis and reportingExperience with SmartSheet software and knowledge of the Payment Management SystemFamiliarity with grant management processesCorporate experience in managing and administering work as described in the scope of workCapacity to provide sufficient experienced qualified staff with the proven ability to perform the tasksCapability to provide staff needed to meet unforeseen urgent assignmentsExperience in computer software applications (Windows 2010 Excel PowerPoint ACCESS SharePoint) and other Government/Federal systemsStrong research skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sourcesAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work productsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in creating clear concise reports and presentationsCollaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholdersAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearanceEducation:Bachelors degree in data Analytics Statistics Early Childhood Education Public Administration or related fieldWork Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:3 years of experience in performing analysis (educational qualifications may be used in lieu of experience)Three or more years of experience in project coordination or related role within early childhood education or government programsDesired Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of federal government processes and proceduresProven knowledge of Head Start Early Head Start programs or early childhood educationExperience working with or knowledge of Head Start childcare early childhood education or other educational programsExperience with document management systemsAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and data visualizationExperience with database design and managementKnowledge of financial tracking and reporting proceduresExperience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsBackground in project coordination or support rolesFamiliarity with virtual meeting platforms and remote collaboration toolsExperience with event planning and coordinationKnowledge of procurement processes and vendor managementExperience with data visualization toolsAdvanced presentation development skillsExperience with workflow optimization and process improvementBilingual capabilitiesOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
