The role:
We have a great opportunity for a Porter to join our team at Pinehill Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.
With a strong focus on customer service our team of Porters provide a vital service in our hospital. Although escorting patients in a safe and friendly manner is a key function of the role you will also be required to provide general porter services to all hospital departments. Duties will include transferring Patients to and from Theatres/Wards to Xray via Wheelchairs general waste management and clinical waste gas bottle moving driving to external sites and general manual handling (furniture/equipment).
What youll bring with you:
A valid full UK drivers licence is essential for this role
Ability to work under your own initiative or as part of a small team
Work within a challenging environment
Bring a can do approach to the team
A flexible and positive attitude
Have good communication skills
Excellent customer service experience
