About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated and globally certified SAP Freshers to join our dynamic consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring SAP professionals to kickstart their careers work on cutting-edge SAP technologies (including SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP etc.) and contribute to complex high-impact projects for diverse clients across various industries. As an SAP Associate Consultant you will undergo intensive training and mentorship building foundational knowledge in either functional or technical SAP modules and grow into a skilled SAP professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning & Development: Actively participate in comprehensive SAP training programs workshops and self-learning initiatives to develop deep expertise in assigned SAP functional or technical modules.
• Module Specialization (Initial Focus):
  • Functional Track: Gain proficiency in core SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling) SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) SAP PP (Production Planning) SAP QM (Quality Management) SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) SAP HR/HCM (Human Capital Management) SAP S/4HANA (various lines of business) etc.
  • Technical Track: Develop skills in SAP ABAP SAP Basis SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration) SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) SAP Fiori/UI5 Data Migration (LSMW LTMC) SAP SAC etc.
• Project Support & Collaboration:
  • Assist senior consultants in various project phases including requirement gathering system configuration testing (unit testing integration testing user acceptance testing) data migration and go-live support.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including functional specifications technical specifications test scripts and user manuals.
  • Support end-user training and provide initial post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams clients and other stakeholders.
• Analysis & Problem Solving:
  • Develop analytical skills to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and resolving discrepancies under guidance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies industry best practices and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• SAP Global Certification (Mandatory): Must hold a valid and current SAP Global Certification in any functional or technical module (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate - S/4HANA SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Basis etc.).
• Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Commerce Finance or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
• Fundamental Knowledge:
  • For Functional Roles: Basic understanding of business processes (e.g. procure-to-pay order-to-cash record-to-report plan-to-produce).
  • For Technical Roles: Strong foundational knowledge of programming concepts databases and operating systems.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Eagerness to analyze complex problems break them down and contribute to solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel and relocate across India based on project demands.
