Job Description
Job Responsibilities
* Perform installation calibration preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of GE Healthcare medical imaging and diagnostic equipment (e.g. X-ray CT MRI).
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizing schematics service manuals and diagnostic tools.
* Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
* Document all service activities accurately and completely in the service management system.
* Manage parts inventory ordering and returns to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements including quality and safety standards.
* Collaborate with sales applications and support teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and effective communication.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with GE Healthcare product advancements.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related technical field.
* Strong understanding of electronic mechanical and computer systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals.
* Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; basic English communication skills are a plus.
* Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned service territory.
* Prior experience in a field service role or with medical equipment is advantageous but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
