We are looking for an analytical and proactive HR Planning & Systems Specialist to support workforce planning labor cost control HR data analysis and the management of HR systems. The role requires strong analytical skills system proficiency and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.

The Impact Youll Have:

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of workforce plans HC reports and cost projections
  • Contribute to budgeting forecasting and periodic HR reporting cycles with a strong focus on labor cost analysis;
  • Monitor and analyze monthly variances vs. budget/forecast identifying key drivers and trends;
  • Manage and analyze cost centers ensuring correct allocation and reporting of HR-related costs;
  • Support cost allocation models (e.g. headcount payroll benefits) in collaboration with Finance;
  • Assist in monitoring key HR metrics (headcount turnover FTEs labor costs) through HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across reports and dashboards;
  • Act as a point of contact between HR HR Business Partners and Finance on planning and cost-related topics;
  • Support ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior HR leadership
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR planning processes and tools;
  • Support and optimize the use of HR systems (e.g. SAP Workday or similar);
  • Assist in user support system testing and minor system enhancements
  • Contribute to HR systems upgrades implementations or optimization projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and data reliability
  • Support transformation or change initiatives impacting HR planning and systems

The Attitudes And Skills Were Looking For:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables); Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR metrics and workforce planning concepts
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar)
  • Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Proactive curious and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Business Administration HR Engineering or related fields
  • 15 years of experience in HR controlling planning analytics or systems roles
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
