Job Description:

We have a Field tech role based in Adelaide Metro and surrounding to be successful the candidate would be required to pass a national Police check and scope of rostered out of hours support (on call).

Responsibilities:
Do you believe that you can:
Provide high-quality desktop support to all types of users including at an executive level.
Initial set up and support of laptops desktops mobiles and peripherals.
Support users face to face Via telephone and/or remote support tools.
Complete routine maintenance of standard hardware such as laptops/mobile devices.
Accurately manage and track business assets requests and incidents.
Prioritise new support requests and existing work orders.
Record and maintain accurate service details time records and job notes.
Maintain awareness and active involvement in safety to prevent injuries to yourself colleagues and customers.
Work within the time limits as assigned for specific tasks.

Knowledge and Skills:
All you need is to have proven experience in:
Basic hardware and operating system familiarity.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask.
Great interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to function in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
Professional demeanour.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong Customer relationship building skills.
Good teamwork with peers and company personnel.
Have a currant Australian drivers Licence.
And be able to pass the Companys background check requirements. (including but not limited to National Police Check and DHS checks)
