About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet sales operation. This role blends strategic account management with hands-on sales leadership focusing on building long-term relationships with commercial clients while driving revenue market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive fleet sales growth by prospecting developing and closing new commercial accounts
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing fleet clients ensuring high retention and repeat business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial customers providing tailored vehicle and fleet solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales targets
  • Collaborate with OEM representatives finance service and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Prepare pricing bids proposals and contracts for commercial and government fleet opportunities
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Represent the dealership/company at industry events networking functions and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven success in automotive fleet sales B2B sales or commercial vehicle sales
  • Strong negotiation closing and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of fleet procurement upfitting financing and lifecycle management (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while aggressively pursuing new business
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
  • Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • PA Sales License is a plus
