Job Summary

Our Client in Assonet MA is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Residential Aides to join their team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving working with adults with developmental disabilities and be able to work the listed scheduling.

****Candidate Must be able to complete a 1 week orientation on 1st shift Monday-Monday 8AM-4:30 PM.****

Responsibilities:

Assist residents and transport to medical dental and psychiatric appointments via agency vehicle
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with activities for residents with cognitive impairments
Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
Teach and Support individuals in daily living skills such as personal care and hygiene and care of personal space and belongings safety transporting clients to appointments cooking etc.
Help residents with ADLs bathing dressing etc.

Qualifications:

Pass Cori Check
Pass RMV Check; Must have Valid Drivers License with clean record (no more then 3 infractions within the last 3 years!)
High School Diploma/ GED
Experience within a Aide position
