Our Client in Assonet MA is seeking dedicated 3rd Shift Residential Aides to join their team and provide compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving working with adults with developmental disabilities and be able to work the listed scheduling.
****Candidate Must be able to complete a 1 week orientation on 1st shift Monday-Monday 8AM-4:30 PM.****
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents and transport to medical dental and psychiatric appointments via agency vehicle
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with activities for residents with cognitive impairments
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
- Teach and Support individuals in daily living skills such as personal care and hygiene and care of personal space and belongings safety transporting clients to appointments cooking etc.
- Help residents with ADLs bathing dressing etc.
Qualifications:
- Pass Cori Check
- Pass RMV Check; Must have Valid Drivers License with clean record (no more then 3 infractions within the last 3 years!)
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Experience within a Aide position
Pay:
$18.50-$25/ hr (depending on certifications CNA or MAP along with relative experience rate will vary).
Shift:
- 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 9:30 AM)
Scheduling:
- Sunday-Wednesday OR Thursday-Saturday
- Also can pick up extra shifts on days off if desired
