• Answer busy phone line and email communications
• Coordinate and schedule residential estimate installation repair and service appointments
• Utilize operating system for scheduling invoicing and processing payments
• Communicate with customers clearly and effectively about our products and services
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Process customer communications accurately and efficiently
• Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions consequences and results impacting staff costs and/or quality of service within the functional area
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

• Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience preferred
• Two or more years Customer Service experience required
• Proficiency to navigate basic CRM and office support software
• Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates locations & times)
• Team player who can work in a small office environment
• Excellent customer relation skills
• Problem solving skills/have common sense
