Title: Tasting Room Sales Associate Part-time

Location: Oxnard CA

Schedule/Hours:
24-32 hours per week Closing and Mid-shifts available

1:00 p.m. to close or 12pm to 8:30 pm

MandatorySunday Thursday(NO Fridays or Saturdays)

WhatYoullDo:

Provide exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty through greeting visitors and building relationships with guests.

Serve winesin accordance withTierra Sur training and standards.

Handle high volume wine and merchandise transactions.

Present the benefits of Wine Club programs and contribute to its growth.

Ensure smooth daily operations including effective communication managing traffic flow and engaging guests.

Assist with Wine Club shipments handling wine caselogistics and meeting sales targets.

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum of 1 yearof relevant experiencein a wine tasting room marketing public relations hospitality or related fieldpreferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multipleprojects

Attention to detail responsiveness judgment and proactive organization and planningskills

Customer service-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Salary rangebetween$18.00 - $20.00 hourlyplus tips may be eligible foradditional discretionary incentive compensation based onwine membership sales.
