Job Summary
Join our Influencer Marketing team as a Sales Admin Intern and play a vital role in the operational success of our this role you will learn the intricacies of project liquidation and financial documentation while working alongside industry experts to manage high-volume transactions and KOL partnerships. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital advertising and professional sales administration.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
- Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts Liquidation Invoice prepare payment & PO for KOL clients etc.)
- Follow up project liquidation and payment progress.
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Support others tasks if needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree - majors in Marketing Business Administration International Business Commerce
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency/ Influencer Marketing business is a plus.
- Negotiation skill & critical thinking.
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word Excel PowerPoint task management systems).
