Description

The Gate House Attendant is the first point of contact for residents guests and vendors. This role combines hospitality and security ensuring controlled access while providing a warm professional welcome that reflects the communitys luxury standards.

Pay: $18.00- 19.00 Per Hour.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age
Previous experience in hospitality or luxury residential communities; experience in security law enforcement or military is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain calm professional and diplomatic in all situations.
Effective time management and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills for planning and reporting.
Team-oriented with a positive solution-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work early/late hours and weekends.
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments as required.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate daily reports and visitor records.
Monitor security cameras and gate equipment promptly reporting any issues.
Assist with emergency response procedures as needed.
