DescriptionOur client URGENTLY requires an Engineer (Civil) for a 24 months Contract in Nerang.
The Civil Engineer will manage the assessment of multiple road infrastructure projects by third parties through the provision of extensive technical expertise and support to the doing this you will ensure effective coordination of key operational activities and resources associated with project management and process development.
Skills and Experience required include:
- Provide engineering input into the services and advice on technical issues related to development control and third-party activities that would impact on the road network program.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders information or advice on road network matters including the preparation of technical reports and replies to the public or to Ministerial correspondence.
- Undertake assessments of third-party applications seeking approval to conduct an activity or install infrastructure in a State Controlled Corridor.
- Provide information and support to facilitate the investigation of complaints and requests for action from the public in relation to development assessments and third-party works.
Government experience would be advantageous.
