What youll do:
The planning internship requires a willingness to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on research graphics and writing for master planning space programming and urban design projects. Students should have strong analysis synthesis research and verbal and graphic communication skills and interest in projects such as urban districts mixed use environments neighborhood and regional plans new communities and town centers corporate employment and technology campuses college and university campuses resilience planning and parks recreation and environmental planning.
Responsibilities will include contributions to and initiation of project planning ideas; research analysis and implementation strategies development and ongoing project graphics layout and writing as part of interdisciplinary project teams within Sasaki. You will learn about and assist with different phases of planning projects helping project teams with their daily functions and roles. The internship will also provide exposure to the various aspects and general operations of a multi-disciplinary design firm.
