Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Network Engineer at Lovesac you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our network systems to meet the growing needs of our organization. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our technology infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network solutions to support business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize network performance identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Configure and maintain network devices including routers switches and firewalls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security best practices.
- Manage network documentation and inventory to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Participate in network capacity planning and expansion projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in network design implementation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP DNS DHCP.
- Experience with network security protocols and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar network engineering role.
- Certifications such as CCNA CCNP or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
- Previous experience in the furniture or direct-to-consumer industry is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
