Position Summary:
The Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and direction of the Centria family of brands. This individual will possess a strong balance of conceptual thinking design expertise and strategic leadership. They will be responsible for driving brand consistency and innovation across all creative outputs ensuring that all deliverables are compelling impactful and aligned with the companys goals. The Creative Manager will oversee the management of creative freelancers and external support coordinating resources to execute projects effectively and efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives on creating exceptional work that makes a difference in the lives of children and families.
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies flawless execution of tasks a timely positive customer service experience for team members and a high level of compliance. Success also includes meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics such as ad engagement cost per lead and effectiveness of branded materials.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job physical requirements such as bending reaching lifting pushing or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
