About Placement Support Team:
Placement Support is a team of 40 colleagues based in our Mumbai (Vikhroli) office. The team plays a critical role in supporting placement activities for the North America Brokers primarily focusing on making the broking process more efficient and client-ready.
The teams core responsibility is to upload quotes on the Broking platform enabling brokers to generate proposal forms and create comprehensive presentations for clients based on available quotes. This ensures that brokers have accurate and structured data to present competitive options to clients.
In addition to quote uploads the team also performs data validation and compliance checks ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. These activities support both pre-placement and placement stages contributing to a seamless and compliant placement process.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

Process&StakeholderManagement

• Deliver/ManageKPIsandmetricsinlinewiththeprescribedtargets

• Prioritizeandorganizeworkaccordingtobusiness priorities

• Developanin-depth understandingofthetechnicalaspectsofthe process

• Drivingprocessimprovementswithinteamforimprovedefficiencyclientexperienceorbetterrisk controls

• Periodicreviewofprocessrisksandensuringadequatecontrolsarein place

• Meetingwithstakeholderstodiscussprocessrelatedchallengesandopportunities

• Workwith thestakeholdersforeffectivelyresolveescalations

• Leadingprojects/tasksincoordinationwithonshorestakeholders

• Work on process related reports with complete accuracy

• Ensure that SOPs and Checklist are up to date

• Ensurecontingencyplanningisinplaceforcriticalresources

RiskAssessment&Review

• Ensure delivery of standardized policies procedures and service standards are understood and followed by the business so that all aspects of risk management information security legislation and regulation are managed effectively

• RACA needs to be reviewed every quarter and any new and emerging risk needs to be called out

MI Reviews

• Lead MI reviews for the business unit and manage related tasks ensuring delivery
