Job Summary

Position Overview:

MedSpecialized Inc. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to generate leads manage client outreach and support the growth of our business. The role involves both inbound and outbound sales activities client engagement and coordination with the sales team to ensure prospects are converted into clients.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to potential clients
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries website leads and referrals
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations with prospects
  • Describe product benefits and advise on solutions tailored to prospects needs
  • Record all client interactions leads and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Coordinate deliverables for clients with the appropriate departments
  • Prepare and update daily reports and track progress toward targets
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain accurate records
  • Support the sales team in achieving business development goals

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (outbound sales/cold calling preferred) though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Any college degree; at least third-year completed preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone etiquette listening skills and attention to detail

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of up to 30000php (depending on experience)
  • New hire bonus of 5000php
  • Risk allowance of 2000php
