Job Summary
An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Kenilworth is looking to appoint a committed Teacher of English to join its well-established English department from January 2026.
English plays a central role in the schools curriculum and wider culture. The department has recently refined its KS3 and KS4 curriculum to ensure strong progression in reading writing and oracy while continuing to deliver excellent GCSE outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3KS4 (KS5 available for the right candidate)
Delivering engaging lessons that balance structure and creativity
Using assessment to inform teaching and targeted intervention
Supporting whole-school literacy initiatives and enrichment
