Job Summary
A creative and community-focused secondary school in Much Wenlock is seeking a Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026.
Drama plays an important role in the schools creative curriculum with strong student engagement and regular opportunities for performance-based learning. The department is supportive collaborative and experienced in mentoring ECTs.
You will be responsible for:
Teaching Drama across KS3KS4
Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting school productions and enrichment activities
