The B2B Graduate Trainee will support the B2B team in day-to-day partner management and business development activities. You will learn how Bowtie builds and maintains strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients actively onboards and provides top-notch services to our partners and contributes to projects that improve partner experience and commercial outcomes. This role is suited for a proactive individual who is customer-obsessed commercially minded and eager to learn about and bring a new perspective to the insurance and fintech space.
Youll join Bowties B2B team and learn how modern group medical insurance is built priced sold and delivered in a digital-first environment.
This role blends pricing commercial insight partner management and product thinking giving you a rare endtoend view of how an insurance business actually works.
Across two years youll rotate through core functions such as wellness (6 months) benefits consulting (6 months) marketing (6 months) and platform strategy (6 months). By the end of the program you will understand the full B2B value chain and be able to contribute to strategic datadriven decisions.
What Youll Be Doing
Support pricing and quotation work for group medical and employee benefits solutions
Help the B2B team engage brokers corporates and partners through prospecting proposals and renewals
Coordinate onboarding for new partners ensuring smooth documentation training and platform setup
Analyze partner performance market trends and feedback to improve products and processes
Work closely with product operations data and marketing to deliver seamless B2B experiences

This Program Is For
Someone who wants a broad and practical foundation in B2B health insurance. Someone who enjoys data understands customers and wants to work at the intersection of product commercial strategy and technology. Someone who wants to see how decisions get made not just read about them.
Minimum Qualifications
Recent graduate (undergraduate or masters) in any discipline.
Internship or part-time experience in sales customer service account servicing insurance or fintech.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly.
Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with data able to interpret basic metrics and use them to inform decisions.
Proactive attitude a willingness to learn and a team-first mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentation software.
Exposure to project work or cross-functional initiatives during studies or work experience.
Interest in insurance healthcare or digital platforms.
