Job Summary

Tasks

  • Develop manage and expand the distribution network across Eastern Europe
  • Conduct direct sales activities with OEM customers
  • Introduce our dosing pumps and related solutions to new customers and market segments
  • Build maintain and strengthen strong long-term customer relationships
  • Manage commercial negotiations pricing annual budgeting and reporting for the region
  • Identify target and develop new business opportunities with a strong focus on growth
  • Collaborate closely with project engineers sales engineers field service technicians procurement departments and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the headquarters sales and management teams in Germany to implement regional strategies
  • Represent the company at customer meetings industry events and relevant trade shows
  • Regular business travel within Eastern Europe and occasional travel to Germany for training and coordination

Requirements

  • 57 years of professional experience in sales and/or project engineering ideally within water treatment
  • Strong B2B sales track record with engineered products; experience with pumps dosing systems or related technologies is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with OEMs and/or distribution partners in the region
  • Prior exposure to Eastern European industrial markets especially in water treatment food & beverage or power industries
  • Dynamic communicative self-driven personality with a strong business development mindset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with HQ
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable negotiating technical and commercial terms with engineers technicians and buyers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage
    Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Europe
  • Excellent English skills; Polish Czech or Slovak language skills are a plus
  • Residency in Southern Poland Czech Republic or Slovakia is required
