Job Summary

Global Aviation Co. (GAC) is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our commercial aircraft parts business across North America.

You will be directly involved in revenue-generating activity working daily with Airlines MROs OEMs and internal sales leadership. High performers have a clear and defined path to Outside Sales / Account Management.

Tasks

What you will do

  • Prepare and manage high-volume RFQs and quotations
  • Liaise directly with customers and vendors to secure pricing and lead times
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and the Director of Sales on key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer base
  • Manage follow-ups order flow and customer communication end-to-end
  • Work in a fast-paced aftermarket environment where accuracy and speed matter

Requirements

What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years in sales inside sales customer service or commercial support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented organized and accountable
  • Interest in commercial aviation and long-term career growth in sales

Tools & systems

  • Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is important)
  • Outlook Teams ERP systems (Quantum Control experience is a plus)

  • Base salary: $50000$70000 depending on experience
