About the role

• As part of Carriers Digital transformationthe incumbent will bepartERPCoE. The position will be responsible tosupport SAP development practice at SAP ERPCoE
• The incumbentwill focus on the development documentation of custom developments as well as on integrations efforts
• This role will report to theSr. Manager SAP Technology

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related business discipline(s)
• 5-8years of experiencewithin the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business
• Minimum of 3years of proven hands-on experience withSAP ABAP developmentsin a working environment demand prioritization planning and execution to deliver software solutions
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development; experience withSAPeWM(e.g. RF Framework RF gun transactions Warehouse Task/Order processing Handling Unit Management)
• Spoken and written English is mandatory
• Willing to travelinternationally
• Demonstrated/safeguardingEthics and integrity
• Customer facing skills ideally gained a consultancy role
• Results oriented always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes
• Demonstrated agile-development mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation.
• Strongdesireto continue to grow skillset and work across the full technology stack.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously

Domainexpertiseknowledge & Certifications

• Good understanding of Scrum Lean XPKanbanand other agile techniques
• Experience in demand planning for large portfolio of technical projects
• Good understanding of IT Service Management;ITIL certification preferred
• Demonstratedexpertisein SAP ABAP development including object-oriented programming and modern SAP frameworks
• Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps in the context of SAP
• Demonstrated knowledge of developments related to on SAPBTP SAPS/4 HANA
• Experience or exposure to SAPeWMdevelopment (e.g. RF transactions handling units).
• Scrum Master certifiedpreferred

Responsibilities

• DeliverandimplementSAPsoftwarecustomdevelopments including coding configurationintegrationmaintenanceand debugging
• Deliver enhancements for core ERP processes and where applicable warehouse management functionalities (e.g. RF transactions handling units).
• Produces technical documentation as part of new development efforts
• Control quality of deliverables as described in SAP Technical Guidelines and partner withdelivery teams to ensurelong term sustainability of SAP developments
• Provides level of effort estimates for proposed technical solutions and articulates the benefits and risks to a solutions feasibility and functionality
• Follow SAP and ERP related technology trendsidentifyopportunities for Carrier and cooperate on updates of Carrier SAP Technical Guidelines.
• Works as part of a scrum team and engages in all scrum ceremonies (release planning sprint planning daily stand-ups demos retrospectives etc.
• Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbents competencies and experience
