The Role
NetSuiteProducts and ServicesProduct Managersare part of a world-wide team pursuinginnovative ways of delivering user-centered solutions that provide real value to ourcustomer balance challenging product demands to make investmentdecisions between new features product improvements and are highly motivated professionals responsible for handling the productlifecycle of cloud business applications and infrastructure crafted for small to medium-sized businesses.
As the Product Manager you will work closely with product management leadership business partners customers and the development team to drive the design anddevelopment of ourItem Managment solution. This role is for someone who wants to be responsible for capturing and prioritizingfeature requirements and working with a development team to deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment. Wed like you to be a self-starter who loves to engagewith customers to identify problems and collaborate with team members to find thebest you want to work on a teamof outstanding peoplewhere user-centric discovery and design is at the core of what we do our team would be an excellent fit.
Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with product management leadership technicalteamsand other stakeholders to build enhance and maintain ourItem Managment product.
- Workwith Product Managementand experience research/design leadership to drive discovery activities anddecisions
- Lead discovery sessions research synthesis and discovery asset creation
- Define business requirements anduser scenariosbased on customer inputresearchcompliance requirementsand productstrategy
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Research analyze and document regulatory changes to ensure that our productofferings and compliance reports are up todate
- Collaborate with product management leadership to build cross-team roadmaps
- Manage Jira projects to ensure cross-team dependences are documented and addressed based on agreed upon commitments
- Work with Product Owners to generate clear definition and prioritization of high-level business requirements
- Ensure detailed user stories from Product Owners are aligned with business requirements
- Conduct solution reviews and acceptance testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the teams feature backlog designs and implementation is aligned with product roadmaps andstrategy
- Ensure feature releases are planned documented and shared asappropriate
