About the role

• As part of Carriers Digital transformation the holder of this role serves as the Product Manager S4 HANA Finance. Additionally this role supports the governance of the Finance work stream within projects or ongoing operations to ensure the delivery of required ERP functionalities
• The incumbentwill report to theS4 HANA Functional Leader

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineeringor Finance related discipline(s) in combination with a solid IT background
• Minimum of10years of experience within the information technology and/or responsibilitieswithinFinancerelated area of business.
• Minimum of7years of proven hands-on experience inSAP ERP project deliveryorsupport.
• S4/HANAfinance controllingknowledge
• Results orientation striving to bolster personal and team results
• Effective interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills
• Open and able to work in culturally diverse environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferably in consultancy
• Agile-development mindset with customer-focus
• Spoken and written English is mandatory
• Willing to travelinternationally

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate ERP solutionsin accordance withboth functional and non-functional requirements as outlined by projects or platform enhancements.
• Perform scoping fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements proposes solutions for key gaps provide effort estimates and align with business teams
• Define and prioritize SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
• Demonstrateexpertisein defect resolution and system processes and guide customers how to use the system efficiently
• Explore newly released ERP features to increase customer satisfaction and boost continuous improvement initiate align and implement
• Coach and mentor junior team members within the work stream domain
• Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients
• Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
• Supportthe functional leader inother activitiesthat align with the roles competencies and experience
