About the role

• As part of Carriers Digital transformationthe incumbent will serveas the Consultant SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing/PTD. The incumbent is responsibleto supportspecific process domainexpertiseinCoEERP. Moreover the incumbent will support process work stream within project or support to deliver requested ERP functionality
• The incumbentwill report to theS4 HANA Functional Leader

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related business discipline(s)
• 5 8years of experiencewithin the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
• Minimum of 3years of proven hands-on experience inSAP ERP project delivery or support
• S4/HANA Produce to Deliver
• Results orientation always stretching to drive personal and team outcomes
• Effective interpersonal teamwork and collaboration skills
• Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment
• Customer facing skills ideally gained a consultancy role
• Demonstrated agile-development mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation
• Spoken and written English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Implement/review/confirmERPsolutionsthat adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
• Perform scoping fit-to-standardworkshops for projects/enhancements proposes solutions for keygaps provide effort estimatesand align with business teams
• Definesand prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
• Demonstrates productexpertiseand provides demos to customers as needed
• Explore newly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement initiate align within business and implement
• Leads SAP ERP process domain related practicecoachand mentor team members within the incumbent process domain responsibility
• Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
• Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbents competencies and experience
