Job Summary

We are looking for an engaging and relationship-oriented Head of IT Operations to help us harmonize and simplify our IT processes and strengthen collaboration with our strategic partner TCS.

About the Role Nordic responsibility & Partnerships

IT Operations is part of our IT organization Business IT & Digitalization (BID). BID orchestrates all IT development and maintenance in Tryg together with external IT partners. The Head of IT Operations reports to the CIO in Tryg DK Frederik Sjørslev and is a member of the BID leadership team.

As Head of IT Operations you will lead the Nordic IT Operations within BID. The organization is responsible for developing operating and continuously improving Trygs technical this role you will be instrumental in aligning our operating model with our new strategic partnership with TCS ensuring a stable resilient and future-ready IT landscape that supports Trygs overall strategy.

Your team consists of approximately 60 colleagues and Tryg relies on the team to secure stable and reliable operations. Your responsibilities will span several critical areas: End User Services Infrastructure Cloud & Networks Security & Compliance and IT Service Management.

Areas of Responsibility:

Overall management leadership and development of the IT Operations function
Drive IT operations using the ITIL framework
Supplier management and outsourcing of infrastructure & services within IT Operations
Negotiation of operational and cross-functional services
Ensuring operational deliveries including SLA compliance
Driving IT services efficiently

The position is based in Ballerup with regular travel to Trygs other Nordic sites in Bergen Malmö and Stockholm.

About You Leadership

To succeed in this role you will benefit from experience in a similar IT Operations position within a large Nordic or international company combined with a strong background in managing and negotiating within a multi-supplier IT services landscape.
