Job Summary
We are inviting applications for the role of full-time leisure Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the member and guest experience of our fitness and leisure offering.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- 1 years experience in a similar role
Personal Qualities
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- To provide excellent customer service at all times in providing a helpful and pleasant service
- To ensure the cleanliness of the facility including the general areas the changing rooms and showers the steam room and sauna pool surrounds the gym and the aerobics studio.
- To ensure that all written procedures are complied with.
- Opening up and closing of the facilities
- Taking bookings cash handling and keeping the reception area in a neat and tidy condition
