About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) leadership team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- AEOI relationship management to large hedge & private equity clientele.
- Act as a strategic leader in developing and driving the delivery of AEOI Services to a large complex private asset client group.
- Oversee global team delivery of service elements ensuring KPIs are maintained.
- Lead and manage the maintenance of a robust and clear set of policies and procedures.
- Work with clients on scope & delivery of ad hoc improvements and projects.
- Liaise with auditors and other third-party collaborators.
- Monitor and manage Risk and Performance of AEOI Services.
- Implement global standards for work processes and ensure ongoing monitoring of risk and control environment.
- Maintain and improve knowledge of Chapter 3 / 4 & AEOI regulatory and compliance environment including industry research and analysis as required.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have 5-7 years experience in Financial Services preferably in operational tax tax compliance FATCA / CRS regulations in a services environment.
- Experience in a Fund administrator or corporate services firm while not essential is preferable.
- You are recognized for your thoughtful leadership and passion in employee engagement and retention professional development and dedication to best in class relationship management for a diverse client base.
- Previous success influencing change and embracing a collaborative nature to drive people and business results.
- Bachelors and/or Masters level degree in finance or other relevant area.
- Proven experience managing teams.
- Exposure to systems implementations and work flow process initiatives.
