Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable self-driven Business Intelligence & Technical Analystto serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity builds solutions from the ground up and consistently uncovers insights others miss.
You will own analytics end-to-endtranslating complex business and financial questions into clear actionable intelligencewhile also operating as a technical problem solver and customer advocate. Success in this role requires strong judgment accountability and the confidence to challenge assumptions using data.
This position combines business intelligence technical investigation and customer-facing collaboration with a strong focus on U.S. business and finance environments. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Technical & Customer-Facing Responsibilities
Partner directly with customers to understand technical challenges and guide them through clear effective resolution paths
Investigate escalated issues including application behavior workflow failures data integrity concerns and backend anomalies
Deep-dive into systems and logs using tools such as GCP Datadog Airflow and GitHubto trace replicate and explain system behavior
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product to escalate bugs submit tickets contribute to documentation and influence roadmap improvements
Act as the customers technical advocate by identifying recurring pain points trends and usability gaps
Create internal documentation playbooks and process improvements to reduce repeat issues and improve first-response resolution
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Own end-to-end BI and reporting in Power BI including data modeling dashboard design and advanced visualization
Partner with business leaders to frame the right questions challenge assumptions and drive data-backed decisions
Design and implement new analytics processes workflows and reporting structures from scratch
Lead analytics initiativesparticularly in U.S. finance or business contextsand clearly demonstrate how insights influence outcomes
Operate independently with full accountability for deliverables insight quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Clear Communication:Able to explain complex technical and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in fluent English
Curiosity & Initiative:You ask why dig into unfamiliar systems and proactively improve processes
Ownership & Accountability:You work with minimal guidance take responsibility for outcomes and build structure where none exists
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Computer Science or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in data management reporting and analytics using Excel and Power BI
Working knowledge of accounting principles inventory management and U.S. business or finance practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment
Prior experience working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
