About the Role
As a Bell Attendant (行李服務員) you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to the reception desk and assist with transportation arrangements.
- Deliver newspapers messages and packages to guest rooms.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- 禮貌迎接並協助客人於抵達及離開時搬運行李
- 護送客人前往接待處並協助安排交通接送
- 將報紙訊息及包裹送達客房
- 履行上司分配的工作
About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or Service Industry.
- Reliable and customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
- 至少一年酒店或服務行業經驗
- 可靠以客為本並擁有良好溝通能力的團隊合作夥伴
