About the role and team:

Join our dynamic team as aDivision Producer whereyoulllead production effortsfor our largestglobal brands. Reporting to theProduction Leadyoullclosely collaborate withthe wider teamfostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful content production.

As theDivisionProducer you possess expertise in global and local brand campaign production cycles emphasising your passion for crafting engaging creative across e-commerce platforms. Your role requires a deep understanding of the production and delivery processes for digital media. Youll spearhead project management assessing campaign volumes and scoping while reviewing production schedules and providing direction to ProjectManagers. Your role involves tailoring bespoke timings based on local market lead times and resource availability.

Youllmaintainclose coordination with thedesign teamto ensure adherence to campaign milestones quality standards andtimelydelivery. As a motivating force within the teamyoullinspire your direct reports to excel in their roleswhilefacilitatingeffective communication acrosstheteam to align with overarching productionobjectives. Acting as thecentral pointof contactyoullrelay status updates risks and challenges of all campaign deliverables including resource considerations while escalating production issues to theProductionLeads.

What you will be doing:

  • Overall responsible forthe division production anddeliverysupportingtheProjectLeadto deliver a high volume of assets ensuring alignment with clientobjectivesand brand guidelines.
  • SupportProduction Leadon project planning status risks and challenges.
  • Client communicator fordetailedtimeline-specificprojectqueries.
  • Creating production timelines according to SLAsbuilding pipeline campaign forecasts toidentifyproduction peaksto resource PMs accordingly.
  • Briefingthe PMscampaign specificstimingsand scope.
  • Overseeingandsigning offPMs adapted timings based on local market nuance.
  • Tracking pre-production tasks such as translationsmasterapprovalsand market participation.
  • Coordinating with theSyndication teamfor Opera upload and full delivery to the retailers.
  • Coordinate with thetranscreation team
  • Escalating resource shortfalls toProduction Leadand the brands stakeholders.
  • Overseeing and trackingPMs delivery progress feeding status reportsProduction Leadand the brands stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Leadproduction& delivery ensuring direction control and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Oversee digital campaigns managing multiple campaigns languages and channels.
  • Provide PM team leadership and line managing up to3reports.
  • Drive campaign execution and closuremonitoringprogress controlling deadlinesengaging relevantstakeholdersand ensuring successful delivery.
  • Leaddaily stand-up calls withthe design team ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to theProduction Lead.
  • Review campaignsfamiliarise yourself with forecast data to drive foresight of production.
  • Support theProduction Lead and the Account Directoron campaign kick-off callsassistingonout-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed.
  • Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guideline changes while rolling out local campaigns re-iterating SLAs.
  • SupportProductionLeadand Account Directorwith cost estimates foradditionalresource where needed.
  • Champion automation andfuture-facingways of working.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 7 years of relevant experience in digitalprintand motion covering owned and bought media.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
  • Experience working with multiple campaignsandlanguages.
  • Demonstratedproductionexperienceon global brands with line managementexperience.
  • Strong account & project management skills with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaignproduction lifecycles with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agilemethodology.
  • Proficiencyforecasting resourcemanagementand project burn rate.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
