What Youll Do

As a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager youll be part of our Tools and Outdoor Price Analytics team. Youll get to:

• Oversee the design development and delivery of high-quality Power BI dashboards reports and analytics solutions to drive business insights.
• Set strategic direction for BI initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business needs.
• Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to BI Analysts and Data Visualization professionals fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders IT and data engineering teams to prioritize and deliver on analytics projects.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance data integrity and visualization standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement in metrics reporting and BI strategy.
• Manage project timelines resource allocation and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure data from various sources (data lakes warehouses Snowflake etc.) is effectively integrated and utilized.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and reporting issues providing guidance to the team.
• Stay current with emerging BI tools technologies and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Data Analytics Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of experience in business intelligence data analytics or related field with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Demonstrated success managing BI or analytics projects and teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Strong leadership team-building and mentoring skills.
• Deep understanding of ETL concepts and tools (e.g. Alteryx SQL Python R).
• Experience with data governance data modeling and data quality frameworks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Access and Power BI.
