Associate Software Developer (DevSupport)

The Position:The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As a member of ISNs Product team you will be exposed to managing tickets using SQL to identify root causes of issues and troubleshoot as needed.

• Basic knowledge of performance tuning query optimization indexes

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle service requests from internal and external users in an efficient and timely manner
• Create queries on large data sets
• Reverse engineer existing SQL code data flow and logic
• Import and export data on Production databases
• Troubleshoot the application to identify root causes of system behavior
• Analyze query performance and identify improvement areas
• Be able to work with development QA business teams and at times directly with customers
• Strive to provide the best service to all customers in every situation

Job Location:3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500 Dallas TX 75204.

• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
• In-office attendance up to two times per week for the first 90 days of employment.
• After 90 days completion you will have an option to work remotely with at least 1 in-person engagement required monthly (team collaboration day ISN events team events performance reviews etc.).
