Shipping & Receiving Specialist (mwd)

To support our operations team in Norderstedt (in the Hamburg metropolitan area) we are looking for a

Shipping & Receiving Specialist (m/w/d)

Your core tasks will include:

• Incoming goods inspection and booking including document processing.

• Storing and removing goods from storage.

• Picking fasteners small components and various chemicals and hazardous goods for use in the aerospace industry.

• Consolidating goods and packaging according to the individual requirements of each customer.

• Packaging in accordance with IATA and ICAO regulations.

• Conducting regular inventories and measures to ensure compliance with all quality standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• You have successfully completed your vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist warehouse clerk or similar.

• You have at least one year of experience in a comparable position in the field of warehousing/logistics.

• Your knowledge of the German language is at a business fluent level (B2 or better).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• You are familiar with standard software and common merchandise management systems (experience with SAP is a plus).

• A forklift license and knowledge of IATA and ICAO are desirable.
