Role Overview

This role plays a critical part in shaping consistent narratives across internal and external channels strengthening employee engagement and supporting corporate reputation through high-quality audience-focused ideal candidate is a structured thinker an exceptional writer and a proactive collaborator who can work with cross functional teams to guide content creation both internally and externally improve discoverability and deliver measurable impact.

What You Will Do

• Internal CommunicationContent Strategy & Development
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with business priorities and corporate messaging
  • Draft and manage internal announcements leadership messages FAQs and employee updates
  • Partner closely with HR Legal Leadership and International Comms team to ensure message accuracy and consistency
  • Manage internal communication channels (e.g. Bulk emailsNewsletters internal platforms)
• Editorial & Content Operations
  • Co-own the editorial calendar managing content from concept through publication and optimization.
  • Collaborate with analytics product and marketing teams to assess content performance and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Ensure all written content aligns with Coupangs voice accuracy standards and brand priorities.
  • Proactivelyidentifystorytelling opportunities that highlight business impact innovation and customer obsession.
• Press Releases & Media Material
  • Write compelling search-discoverable press releases aligned with strategic communication themes.
  • Develop supplementary media materials including Q&A documents fact sheets talking points and statements.
• Video Scripts & Creative Content
  • Write engaging scripts for corporate videos product explainers employer brand content and customer storytelling.
  • Work closely with video producers toalignnarrative structure tone and creative direction.
• Editorial Strategy & Content Operations
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and manage content development from concept to execution.
  • Ensure all written content meets Coupangs quality bar and is consistent with brand voice accuracy and clarity.
  • Proactivelyidentifycontent opportunities that highlight business impact innovation and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in communications Journalism Marketing or related field.
• 10 years of experienceincontent creation editorial strategy or related writing roles.
• Demonstrated success producingcontent that drives measurable visibility and engagement.
• Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English; able to deliver clear concise high-quality content in both languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with media PR workflows or video content production is a plus.
