Job Summary

Connoisseur Media in North Dallas is searching for a Program Director & On-Air Personality (Monday through Friday show) on our Country music station 93.1 Katy Country (KMKT). This is your opportunity to shape how the Texoma community connects through audio digital and video. Were looking for a creative powerhouse who can craft compelling spoken-word content engage with North Texas & Southern Oklahoma listeners both on-air and online and deliver unforgettable local experiences across every platform. Your Mission:

Innovate & Elevate: Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies that drive audience engagement and revenue across broadcast streaming podcasts social media and video.
Leverage Data & Insights: Utilize digital analytics and audience behavior trends to shape programming decisions optimize content distribution and maximize impact.
Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor future on-air personalities and content teams to enhance their storytelling engagement and brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
Drive Social & Video Growth: Expand the stations digital footprint by developing high-quality video content social media-first storytelling and interactive experiences tailored for Instagram TikTok YouTube and beyond.
Community & Industry Engagement: Foster partnerships within the industry and local community to extend station influence and create meaningful collaborations.
Sales Integration: Collaborate with sales and promotions to create compelling branded content and sponsorship opportunities that provide value to both advertisers and audiences.
Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Uphold FCC regulations legal standards and Connoisseur Medias company values.

Who You Are:

An Experienced Leader: 1-3 years of successful content leadership in a broadcast media environment.
Digitally Fluent: Proficient in content management systems social media strategy audience engagement tactics and video content creation (editing skills a plus!).
A Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of the Country music radio format and audience with the ability to craft multi-channel content strategies that capture attention and foster loyalty.
An Exceptional Communicator: Strong writing and production skills with the ability to craft compelling audio digital and video content that resonates across platforms.
A Problem-Solver: Resourceful and creative with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities that drive results.
