Set strategic direction and manage cultivation facility operations to ensureoptimalplant health

Manage full life cycle procedures within propagation vegetation flowering cycles and pre-harvest phase

Hire train mentor coachand develop team members

Collaborate with leaderson timelines inventory quantity productionschedulesand quality standards

Your Strengths:

You arepassionateabout the cannabis industry and the plant itself.

You have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

You havedemonstratedknowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.
