The Application Review Specialist manages and maintains application student and education data within the CRM student information system and document imaging system applying a strong understanding of business and technical requirements to support accurate and efficient application processing. Core responsibilities include high-volume data entry as well as validation and auditing of applicant information to ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across Slate Perceptive and PeopleSoft. The specialist manages and supports data imports and exports for all application systems and troubleshoots data and file-processing issues. They work collaboratively with processing staff to monitor the effectiveness of application workflows recommend improvements that enhance process efficiency and data quality and develop and maintain detailed standard operating addition this position reviews and evaluates admission applications and provides frontline support for visitors phone calls and shared email. The specialist works independently with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail thinks logically and exercises sound judgment.
This role requires strong technical proficiency with student information systems document imaging platforms and CRMs; comfort working with large datasets and system-generated reports; and excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The position works under general supervision reports to admissions leadership supports overall office and enrollment goals and is fully in person (100%).
