Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Toyota Master Certified Technician to join our growing service operation. This role is designed for top -tier technicians who take pride in diagnostic accuracy efficiency technical mastery log term stability respect for their skill sets and the ability to work at a high level without unnecessary obstacles. We are committed to investing in our technicians and maintaining a professional efficient service operation.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $80K-$175K

SIGN ON BONUS: Available up to $7500 based on experience and certification(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Toyota Master Technician Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs
• Team mind set with professional approach to the trade
• Must have clean & valid drivers license
