Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager in the Isleworth area: Winning new instructions managing residential sales from valuation to completion building client relationships and driving results within a collaborative local agency.

We are looking for an experienced estate agent who would like to develop their career with an established independent estate agency in Isleworth.

This role suits an experienced negotiator who enjoys autonomy client interaction and being involved in the full sales process.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• Carrying out valuations viewings negotiations and offer management
• Taking ownership of the sales progression process post-offer
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Liaising with solicitors mortgage brokers surveyors and related parties
• Providing regular and clear feedback to clients throughout the transaction
• Generating new business through local canvassing and lead conversion
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system (Loop)
• Working towards individual and team targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum of 3 years experience in residential estate agency sales
• Proven ability to negotiate and close property transactions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive organised and client-focused approach
• Experience working in West London or surrounding areas preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
