Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute CMM programs for measuring and inspecting complex mechanical parts.
Use PCDMIS software to program and analyze CMM data.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to interpret technical drawings blueprints and CAD models for programming.
Perform inspections using CMM machines to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or measurement issues.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
Maintain accurate records of inspections including reports and documentation.
Collaborate with the quality control team to improve inspection processes and methodologies.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment.

$40 - $50 biweekly
