Job Summary

One of our esteemed clients is seeking an experience Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership within a healthcare organization. Core responsibilities include management of executive calendars scheduling and coordination across departments database management and reporting and facilitation of internal and external communications. This role supports organizational efficiency compliance with healthcare practice standards and mission-critical operational functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executive confidential administrative functions for the executive team
  • Prepare professional correspondence and reports
  • Maintain the agencys centralized calendar and coordinate scheduling across departments.
  • Manage organizational databases including scheduling systems credential tracking referral logs and operational data.
  • Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
  • Assist with compliance documentation audit preparation and regulatory submissions.
  • Support office coordination and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelors preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Experience with database systems calendar platforms and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication organization and time management skills.
  • Must be able maintain confidentiality at the highest level.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks along with a strong attention to detail.

Our client offers a solid benefits package. The salary range for Entry/Early Career: $54k-$63k. The salary range for experienced candidates is $63k-$70k.
