Division: Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Identity & Access Management (IDAM)

As a global financial market infrastructure the protection of Euroclear information and assets is fundamental to the companys business. Security is at the core of our services firmly embedded in the management systems and processes of the company.

You will be joining CISO in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing operating and managing all the access from to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly meticulous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management user lifecycle management privileged access management and recertification as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

Privileged Access Management Product Support team member

Position Overview
Through a clear model based on segregation of duties we distinguish between first second and third line activities. The PAM Product Support team holds responsibility for the 2nd line activities ranging from incident management (both generic and functional accounts) to release in production of third line team activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management of CyberArk services in different environments.
  • Acting as 2nd line support for our CyberArk products resolving incidents related to Privileged Access Management in timely manner.
  • Managing vulnerabilities.
  • At a later stage possibly performing support outside business hours as watch duty.
  • Identifying and driving forward continuous improvement. Maintaining a critical mindset and seeking opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Managing business stakeholders to ensure both internal client satisfaction as well as client education where required (to ensure client adherence to standard processes).
  • Collaborating with and providing support to the other teams within the IDAM operations family.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience within Privileged Access domain
  • Proficient knowledge of CyberArk and knowledge of different components (PVWA Vaults CPM PSM AAM).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Experience in managing incidents & problems.
  • Experience with SailPoint Network infrastructure & Azure AD (considered a plus).
  • Experience in using tools as ServiceNow Azure DevOps Teams and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with Mainframe or CREST applications is a plus.
  • Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks manage workload and meet deadlines particularly when dealing with escalated requests.
  • Preferably some experience working in highly regulated environments Identity and Access Management experience is a plus.
  • Initiative-taking approach with curious mind-set to learn new skills at personal level.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skillsand ability to adhere and follow policies and procedures.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users team members and other stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a highly regulated environment.
