Job Summary
PROJECT MANAGER
Confidential Agriculture Sector
Talentsquare is partnering with a leading company in the agricultural industry to recruit a Project Manager who will drive the disciplined execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
This role works closely with the founders senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and with measurable business impact.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery bringing structure clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. You will translate strategy into execution manage stakeholders and ensure accountability across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery
Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans timelines and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Track progress manage risks and resolve issues proactively
Prepare project documentation status reports and executive updates
Ensure projects are delivered within scope budget and agreed timelines
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations or a related field
Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is an advantage
MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
Strong planning execution and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced execution-driven environments
Experience in agriculture manufacturing or asset-intensive industries is a plus
