Job Summary

Location: Whitehall PA
Pay: $16$17/hour Scholarships (up to $750 per semester) Early access to earned wages Monthly appreciation events
Requirement: U.S. High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with grooming dressing and meal prep
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Follow care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with basic medical procedures and terminology
- CPR/First Aid training and personal care experience preferred
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
