Caregiver - Friday & Saturday

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver - HHA/CNA to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Sarasota County. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality personalized care to clients in Longboat Key FL ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the clients quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and report any changes in the clients condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Ensure a safe clean and healthy living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients families and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Reliable compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
