The shift is 6:00am to 14:00pm.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

Set up andoperatetheG&K-Vijukfolding machine includingwater scores knife folders and multiple fold types
Runoutserts/RTAsfor pharmaceutical packaging and ensure compliance withcGMP standards
Troubleshoot issues independently tomaintainsmooth production
Load materials fold products andinsertinto sleeves or boxes ready for shipment
Monitor production workflow track timing and meeturgent deadlines
Performpreventive maintenance: lubrication small part replacement cleaning
Work collaboratively with your helper to keep production efficient
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Support peak season production as needed

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

Minimum5years experiencerunning folding machines (3 years on G&K-Vijuk)
Expertiseinminiature foldingoutserts and water-score/knife folding
Strong troubleshooting skills; able to resolve mechanical issues independently
Experience withpharmaceutical batch records and cGMP workflow
Able to stand forlong periodsandlift upto 50lbsunassisted
Basic Excel and production documentation skills
Reliable transportation toExton PA
Highly organized detail-oriented and safety-conscious
