The Opportunity in a Nutshell:
We are a rapidly expanding US-headquartered logistics giant (opening 2-5 offices globally every month). Our Malaysia branch operates with the agility of a startup but the backing of a massive global network.
We are looking for a Commercial/Sales/Business Development Lead who doesnt need hand-holding. You are a "Builder" who has an existing network knows the local market and wants a clear fast-track career path to grow with the company.

Uncapped Earning Potential: Base salary up to RM 15000 above market rate commission structure.
Autonomy: We are a non-asset-based operator. We dont micromanage; we measure results.

Global Reach: Sell Air Sea Land Warehousing and 3PL solutions backed by a massive US & Global network.
Your Mission: Hit the Ground Running
We are transparent about our expectations. We are looking for immediate impact not a ramp-up period.
Month 1: Activation. Leverage your existing network to secure initial bookings. (Target: quicker wins non-zero revenue).
Month 2-3: Breakeven. Cover your cost through generated GP.
Month 4: Profitability. Move into positive cash flow and start scaling.

You Have a Portable Network: You have active relationships with shippers/consignees that trust you not just the logo on your business card.
You are a Hunter Not a Farmer: You dont wait for leads; you create them. You understand that "big company" sales tactics dont work here; this is about hustle and personal relationships.
You are Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic lean environment where you set your own targets and drive your own admin/operations coordination when necessary.
